I have extensive experience working with children and young people in an education setting as a pastoral lead for over 15 years and also have experience working with adults in various different settings. Throughout my experience I understand what it means to be heard and ultimately listened too in a non-judgemental and a safe space.
I also am aware of the feeling of being stuck and could not pin point it, and accessing counselling myself and as a result which led me to realise what I could do to help myself and ultimately grow as a person. This also led me to train as a counsellor and help and support people from all walks of life.
I strongly believe that everyone should have access to counselling when needed. I do feel that due to recent times, a lot of people are struggling in silence, and as a result of suffering from various issues. I want to offer counselling to you if you need the help and support.
I offer a safe and a non-judgemental space for you to talk about any issues that you wish to bring. The sessions are led by you and I am there to help and facilitate.

I think it is important that my clients feel empowered to help themselves so that in future they have a better chance to improve their lives come what may.
I want my clients to feel reassured that they can explore sensitive subjects in a safe space knowing that everything is said in confidence.
Granted that there many people with differences and they all deserve respect regardless of who they are. That valued session can change a life for the better.
